Market and local cuisine
At our restaurant, we focus on local produce. We carefully select the best from both land and sea. Our fish and seafood come from the fish markets of Palamós, Llançà, Blanes, and La Ràpita. The meat comes from local producers in Girona, ensuring freshness, respect for the environment, and a gastronomic experience true to our roots. This is also true to the fruits and vegetables that arrive at our kitchen at their peak, preserving their full essence.
