La Xula is a project born from a love of traditional, home-cooked cuisine, with local produce as its main focus. A way of understanding gastronomy based on respect for origins, attention to detail, and the desire to do things with love and authenticity.

Chef Núria

Núria, born in La Ràpita to a family of restaurateurs, is a chemical engineer by training and a cook by vocation. In 2017 she took a step back to her roots and opened La Xula in l’Estartit, a restaurant where each dish pays homage to the ingredients and their origin, valuing both the flavour and the history of what comes to the table, just as Núria has experienced it since she was a child and has deeply rooted it in her.
